What are research chemicals?
Research chemicals are compounds used by scientists, laboratories, and institutions for in vitro and in vivo testing, analytical research, and educational purposes. They are not approved for human consumption or therapeutic use.
Are your products intended for human consumption?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
How should I store research compounds?
Storage instructions may vary by compound. In general, store powders in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Solutions should be room temperature, away from direct light unless otherwise stated. Always refer to the specific product page or COA for guidance.
What does “for research purposes only” mean?
It means our products are intended solely for use in scientific research settings. They are not to be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals, and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for medical use.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. We provide COAs for all of our products, confirming purity and identity through validated testing methods such as HPLC or mass spectrometry. COAs are available on product pages or upon request.
How do I interpret the COA or HPLC data?
Our COAs typically show purity percentage, reference standards used, and retention times. If you need help interpreting specific data, our team is happy to assist.
What purity levels do your products have?
Most of our compounds are tested at ≥97% purity unless otherwise specified. The exact purity is listed on the COA accompanying each batch.
How long is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened powders typically have a shelf life of 3-4 years when stored properly. Solutions are around 2 years. Lyophilized powders are 2 years but can last longer when stored properly.
Are your compounds synthesized in-house or sourced?
We partner with trusted synthesis labs and verify all materials via third-party testing to ensure quality, consistency, and purity.
Do your products contain any fillers or additives?
Dry- Fill capsules use magnesium stearate or calcium based fillers. Lyophilized peptides use mannitol.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days depending on payment method and bank operations. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer USPS, UPS and FedEx
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship outside the United States.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Tracking information is sent automatically via email once your order ships. Please check spam if you have not received it.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
Contact us with your order number. We will help investigate the issue with the carrier and provide solutions based on the situation and shipping option selected.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no logos or product names listed on the exterior for privacy and discretion.
Can I request signature delivery?
Yes, you can request signature confirmation at checkout or by contacting support before your order ships. All orders over 450$ in value are signature required.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin), and select third-party payment providers.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
Yes. We accept Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. Crypto payments may include a discount and are processed through a secure payment gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment processors to ensure your information is protected. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. We maintain PCI compliance.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately. Depending on payment method and where your order is in the fulfillment process, there may be a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order due to cancelling/refund fees. Once it has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
What is your refund or return policy?
We accept returns on a case by case basis if the product is unopened and not tampered with. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Are your products legal in my state or region?
We recommend that all customers research local laws before placing an order. We do not make legal determinations for any state or area and are not responsible for state specific compliance.
Do you track or report any customer information to agencies?
No. We respect your privacy and do not share customer information unless legally required by a valid subpoena or court order.
Do you offer compliance documentation for labs or institutions?
Yes. If you’re a registered lab, educational institution, or research facility, we can provide batch documentation, MSDS sheets, and test data upon request.

Can you help me with solubility or formulation questions?
Yes. While we cannot provide advice related to human use, we can assist with solubility compatibility.
What kind of solvents do you recommend?
Solvent compatibility depends on the compound. Common solvents include sterile water, ethanol, PEG-400, DMSO, and propylene glycol. Contact us for compound-specific recommendations.
Do you offer support for lab or formulation protocols?
We provide general research-oriented formulation advice and solubility tips. However, we cannot offer application-specific or off-label guidance.
