No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

Storage instructions may vary by compound. In general, store powders in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Solutions should be room temperature, away from direct light unless otherwise stated. Always refer to the specific product page or COA for guidance.

It means our products are intended solely for use in scientific research settings. They are not to be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals, and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for medical use.

Yes. We provide COAs for all of our products, confirming purity and identity through validated testing methods such as HPLC or mass spectrometry. COAs are available on product pages or upon request.

Our COAs typically show purity percentage, reference standards used, and retention times. If you need help interpreting specific data, our team is happy to assist.

Most of our compounds are tested at ≥97% purity unless otherwise specified. The exact purity is listed on the COA accompanying each batch.

Unopened powders typically have a shelf life of 3-4 years when stored properly. Solutions are around 2 years. Lyophilized powders are 2 years but can last longer when stored properly.

We partner with trusted synthesis labs and verify all materials via third-party testing to ensure quality, consistency, and purity.

Dry- Fill capsules use magnesium stearate or calcium based fillers. Lyophilized peptides use mannitol.

Ordering & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days depending on payment method and bank operations. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no logos or product names listed on the exterior for privacy and discretion.

Yes, you can request signature confirmation at checkout or by contacting support before your order ships. All orders over 450$ in value are signature required.

Payments & Refunds

We accept major credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin), and select third-party payment providers.

Yes. We accept Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. Crypto payments may include a discount and are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment processors to ensure your information is protected. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. We maintain PCI compliance.

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately. Depending on payment method and where your order is in the fulfillment process, there may be a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order due to cancelling/refund fees. Once it has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

We accept returns on a case by case basis if the product is unopened and not tampered with. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Yes. If you’re a registered lab, educational institution, or research facility, we can provide batch documentation, MSDS sheets, and test data upon request.

Usage & Testing

Yes. While we cannot provide advice related to human use, we can assist with solubility compatibility.

Solvent compatibility depends on the compound. Common solvents include sterile water, ethanol, PEG-400, DMSO, and propylene glycol. Contact us for compound-specific recommendations.

We provide general research-oriented formulation advice and solubility tips. However, we cannot offer application-specific or off-label guidance.
